Maersk hikes rates US$600/FEU from Mideast-India to Canada US

MAERSK Line will increase rates on cargo for the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent to North America from January 1.
Increases were announced as follows: From the Mideast and Indian sub continent to the United States and Canada US$500 per TEU, $600 per FEU, $600 per FEU high cube and $675 per 45-footer.
