CMA CGM cuts Asia-Mogadishu service transit time by 'two days'

FRENCH shipping giant CMA CGM has announced an up to two-day improvement in shipping between Asia and Mogadishu, Somalia.
To increase reliability to Somalia, starting with the 4,506-TEU Cosco Osaka, voyage 0412DW1MA, arriving Mombasa January 7, cargo direct from China ports on Asea Kenya service will benefit of one transshipment to Somalia through Mombasa, instead of two transit times are improved by up to two days,
Mogadishu can be reached from Shanghai in 32 days, Ningbo 31 days, Singapore 23 days
Asea Kenya service rotation will be Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen-Shekou, Singapore, Tanjung Pelepas, Port Kelang, Colombo, Mombasa hub and Mogadishu (via Noura service).
