TAIWANESE shipping line Evergreen Marine has appointed Hsieh Huey-Chuan as the new general manager of the company, replacing Lee Mong-Jye who has retired.
Before taking his new job as general manager, Mr Hsieh served as the vice chairman of Italia Marittima, a subsidiary of Evergreen Marine.
Evergreen is the seventh largest container line in the world according to Alphaliner, with a total capacity of 1.28 million TEU, reports Singapore's Splash 247.
