Novorossiysk oil terminal changes its approach to tariffs

PORT tariffs at Novorossiysk Sheskharis, IPP gasoil and fuel oil terminals have been changed, affecting charges for mooring/unmooring, towage, fire boat, boom deployment/removal in that they will no longer be invoiced separately.
The terminals will introduce the so-called "all-inclusive mooring service", which includes all above services with the unified tariff of US$0.183 per cubic metre of conditional volume, obtained by multiplying LOA x Beam x Mld depth.
Overtime surcharges are no longer be applied, reports GAC Hot Port News. Any shifting within the boundaries of the terminals or shifting to the roads due to bad weather are included in this tariff at no extra cost.
