Digitalised Smart Ports Conference in London May 20 on environment

ACI has announced that session one of the Digitalised Smart Ports Conference 2020 will be held in London on May 20-21.
The session will focus on: Digitalisation: Improving Operations and Growing Green; utilizing online databases to evaluate green credentials and environmental performance; effective use of digital technology to reduce ports CO2 emissions; and technological innovations to improve the carbon footprint.
The speaker line-up includes: European Commission policy officer Dr Nineta Polemi, Valencia Port Authority head of commercial Mar Chao Lopez, Port of Barcelona head of innovationCarles Rua Costa, Algeciras Port Authority chief technology officer Francisco De Los Santos, PSA chief information officer Joost Rommelaere, Viva Air Labs head of innovation Clyde Hutchinson, DP World IT director Que Tran, and World Maritime University associate professor Dimitrios Dalaklis.
