CMA CGM to hike China-Mideast rate US$200 twice in July

FRENCH shipping giant CMA CGM has announced US$200 per TEU increase from July 1 and another $200 per TEU applied from July 14 from all China ports to Middle East Gulf ports.
Called a rate restoration, the increase will apply to dry cargo, as well as out of gauge cargo, breakbulk and reefer boxes.
