CWT Globelink opens in Saudi Arabia and Mauritius

CWT Globelink established new offices in Saudi Arabia and Mauritius in April to strengthen its industry leading position.
The company said that opening Globelink West Star Shipping Saudi Arabia and Globelink Mauritius represents a "strategic expansion" in line with its goal to achieve a more complete global network.
Globelink West Star, with existing offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Doha and Kuwait, has successfully expanded to Saudi Arabia with new branches in the commercial centres of Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah.
As the largest country by land area and population in the Arabian Gulf, there has been growing demand in Saudi Arabia for freight forwarding services.
The opening of new offices further enhances Globelink West Star Shipping as a regional freight forwarder and one of the leading less-than-container load (LCL) consolidators with a presence in Arabian Gulf and Red Sea ports.
Globelink (Mauritius) Ltd was established in April 2018 to provide international freight forwarding services. Located in southwestern Indian Ocean, Port Louis is an important strategic gateway for cargo traffic transported across the Indian Ocean.
"With this new office, Globelink will be able to ride on the growth of the Indian Ocean market, providing services to Reunion Island, Tamatave (Madagascar), and Mahe (Seychelles)," the company said.
With the addition of these new offices, the group now has 113 offices in 31 countries.
