WORLDWIDE air freight volume increased one per cent in week 25 (June 21) compared with the previous week, according to WorldACD market data, reports Dubai's TradeArabia News Service.
On a regional level, the origin Middle East and South Asia did best with a volume increase of five per cent week-to-week, while Africa experienced the largest decrease in volume, down seven per cent.
The average worldwide yield/rate in week 25 decreased compared with week 24, continuing the trend from previous weeks.
