Container traffic rises 2.9pc on Russian Railways

FROM January to May 2022, container transportation on the network of Russian Railways increased 2.9 per cent to 2.67 million TEU, reports St Petersberg's PortNews.
Internal transportation of containers increased 5.9 per cent to 1.047 million TEU.
The number of loaded containers rose 1.7 per cent to over 1.8 million TEU.
