    OOCL cancels sailings to meet slowdown after Chinese National Day

    HONG KONG's Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) has announced the withdrawal of the following Asia-Europe sailings because of low demand after the National Day holiday in China.

    Specifically, Loop 3 on the Asia-North Europe Service, westbound: ETA Ningbo on October 6 in Week 40 and eastbound: ETA Antwerp on November 9 in Week 45 will be cancelled.

    Also cancelled will be Loop 4, CMA CGM Zheng He (GCZ) 345W/346E, westbound: ETA Xingang on October 4 in Week 40; eastbound: ETA Southampton on November 11 in Week 45.

    Also cancelled will be the Asia-West Mediterranean Service, the WM1, COSCO Netherlands (SOE) 025W/025E westbound: ETA Qingdao on October 1 in Week 40 and eastbound: ETA La Spezia on November 2 in Week 44. 

    Also cancelled will be the WM2, CMA CGM Titan (GTI) 345W/346E westbound: ETA Qingdao on October 2 in Week 40 and eastbound: ETA Valencia on November 6 in Week 45.

    Also cancelled will be Asia-East Mediterranean and Black Sea Service EM1, CMA CGM Uruguay (GUR) 363W/364E westbound: ETA Busan on October 7 in Week 40 and eastbound: ETA Istanbul on November 9 in Week 45. 

    Also cancelled will be the sailing of the EM2, COSCO Thailand (CTH) 058W/058E westbound: ETA Qingdao on October 11 in Week 41 and eastbound: ETA Ashdod on November 6 in Week 45.
