Crane Worldwide opens fourth Dutch distribution hub

HOUSTON, Texas-headquartered freight forwarder Crane Worldwide Logistics has leased another distribution centre in the Netherlands, reports London's Air Cargo News.
The forwarder will lease a new distribution centre measuring around 18,500 square metres at business park Majoppeveld-Zuid in Roosendaal.
The building consists of approx. 13,650 square metres of distribution space, 4,000 square metres of mezzanine floor and 850 square metres of office space.
The lease is on a long-term basis and represents the company's fourth distribution centre in the Netherlands.
Its other facilities in the country are located in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Tilburg.
"The very recently completed distribution centre was built by Valeres and meets all sustainability requirements that are common today, eg the building is fully electric," according to advisor Industrial Real Estate Partners.
