cargo.one has unveiled five new digital tools aimed at boosting freight forwarder productivity during peak season, reported Singapore's Payload Asia.

The release includes enhanced AI-powered quoting, multi-lane tender rate procurement, a centralised rate management system, customer-specific pricing rules, and real-time quoting analytics. All are built on cargo.one's enterprise-grade platform.

The AI quoting tool now generates ready-to-send quotes that match expert rate selections, allowing forwarders to handle more volume without increasing staff. The Tender Feeder feature simplifies multi-lane tender exports, reducing days of work to minutes.

New operational controls include Rate Engine, which centralises buy, product, and sell rates; Sales Profiles, which automate customer-specific pricing; and Quoting Insights, which provide real-time analytics on quote performance and conversion.

DP World's Robert Frei said the partnership with cargo.one improves digital connectivity and quoting accuracy. QCS-Quick Cargo Service's Christopher Ziller praised the AI quotes for saving time and enhancing customer communication.

cargo.one Co-CEO Moritz Claussen said the October release reflects the company's focus on combining AI automation with robust data infrastructure. The new tools are available immediately to help forwarders scale operations and maintain control.
